RETURNS POLICY

 

Lisa Barron Return Policy

 

 

This return policy only applies to goods purchased via the Lisa Barron e-boutique. This policy does not apply to any goods purchased in any of Lisa Barron stores.

 


Australian Returns

It can be difficult to determine if a garment purchased will fit prior to trying it on, Lisa Barron therefore offers our customers a 7 day return policy from the day that you receive your item. (This policy applies only to full priced items)

Return Criteria:

-          Items purchased must be returned within 7 days

-          Items purchased must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached

-          If items have been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned they will not be accepted/processed

When you receive your parcel, along with the item you have purchased you will also receive your invoice which will include the return information.

If you wish to return an item, you must return it with the invoice, and all return information filled out (including Return Authorisation Number)

Sale Items - No refunds will be issued on SALE items.  We are however happy for you to swap the garment or size or offer you a credit note valid for 3 months from purcahse date.

How to obtain your Return Authorisation Number

You will need to log into your account and click on MY ORDERS, and select the order number which contains the item/s you wish to return.

Select the item you wish to return by clicking on create a return. You will be asked to specify why you are returning the item purchased.

Once you have completed the return form and details, we will send you an email which will contain your Return Authorisation Number and information on how to return your parcel.

  

How to return your parcel

 

 

Once you have received your Return Authorising Number please take your item and all documentation and return to us via Australia Post Express Post, with Tracking (or your preferred courier). Lisa Barron recommends that you take out appropriate extra cover. To track your item if using Australia Post www.austpost.com.au/track Lisa Barron will not be held liable for any lost items. Lisa Barron is not liable for the cost of returning the item.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.

We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.

Please note that we cannot accept items purchased on-line in our Boutiques.

International Returns

Faulty Items

Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. With faulty items as above, please sign into your account to organise the return.
