Returns Policy

Australian Online Returns

It can be difficult to determine if a garment purchased will fit prior to trying it on, Lisa Barron therefore offers our customers a 7 day return policy from the day that you receive your item on all full priced items. If you wish to return or exchange a garment or need advice on your order, please call 9804 3355 to speak to our Sales Manager. Please note, we do not offer free returns. Items are returned at the customers expense.

Return Criteria:

- Your return or exchange must first be authorised by phone at 9804 3355 or email via armadalestore@lisabarron.com.au

Items purchased must be returned within 7 days of delivery date

Items purchased must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached

- If items have been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned they will not be accepted/processed (unless deemed faulty) 

If you wish to return an item, you must return it with the invoice attached confirming which item you wish to return or exchange. 

 No refunds will be issued on SALE items. 

We are however happy for you to swap the garment or size or offer you a credit note valid for 3 months from purchase date.

We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.

International Online Returns

Faulty Items

Faulty items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of some wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

In accordance with Consumer Affairs, where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. With faulty items as above, please sign into your account to organise the return.
